Review of AI Sintra: 12 AI Assistants and 90 Micro AI Tools for Businesses

When the internet emerged, websites were coded in HTML, which required programming knowledge. Over time, CMS systems appeared, allowing non-programmers to create websites: You choose a template, add functionality with plugins, and most of it can be done by “just clicking.”
A similar development is now happening in the field of artificial intelligence. Language models like GPT, Claude, or Gemini are primarily useful in the early stages for advanced users who know how to write complex prompts or create their own custom GPTs or projects in Claude. For those who don’t want to constantly track the rapidly changing AI landscape and compare the differences between various models, specialized AI tools—AI assistants—are emerging.
AI assistants are mostly designed to handle the most commonly solved tasks in a particular field. Complex prompting is unnecessary; various templates and proven workflows are used.
One such system is AI Sintra, which offers 12 AI assistants and 90 micro AI tools for automating tasks in marketing, data analysis, customer support, and more. You can purchase individual assistants or the entire tool package. Read our review of AI Sintra’s offerings and functionality to find out if it suits your business needs.
What AI Assistants Can You Find in the Sintra System?
The app creators have designed a playful work environment; each assistant in AI Sintra is represented as a bot, with its own name, color, and AI tools (Power-Ups).

- Buddy – AI business advisor: It helps you identify strategic partnerships, design growth strategies, and optimize acquisition channels.
- Cassie – AI customer support: Can respond to customer emails, write answers in customer chat, create manuals for your products, and compile FAQs.
- Commet – AI eCommerce manager: Assists with creating landing pages, product descriptions, customer reviews, calculating optimal margins, optimizing product pages, and translating the website into other languages.
- Dexter – AI data analyst: Helps you draft a balanced budget, calculate profit or loss, focus on forecasting future sales using current trends, and calculate ROI.
- Emmie – AI email marketing advisor: Assists with email sequences for customer onboarding or orders, designs a content calendar for emails considering holidays and seasons, suggests pop-up windows, handles abandoned carts, and more.
- Gigi – AI personal growth advisor: Gigi shows you that work-life balance isn’t just a buzzword, helps you plan healthy eating, exercise, summarizes notes, and assists with weekly planning.
- Milli – AI sales advisor: Milli is a natural salesperson, helping you plan the content for cold calls or emails, as well as follow-up messages. It assists with contracts, business proposals, and negotiating terms with your business partners.
- Penn – AI copywriter: Penn is a master of words, helping with any text-related needs—emails for business partners or newsletters, blogs, social media posts, as well as ad copy for social networks, and more. You can set the “tone of voice” to represent your brand.
- Scouty – AI recruiter: If you need to delegate tasks or find new employees, Scouty helps you draft job ads and scan applicants’ responses. It assists in creating assignments for recruitment processes or documents that help onboard new employees into your work procedures.
- Seomi – AI SEO expert: Seomi reviews your articles and advises on what can be improved from an SEO perspective. It also conducts a deep dive and, after an audit, recommends SEO improvements for your website.
- Soshie – AI social media manager: Soshie is a social media enthusiast—it helps with content strategies and posts. If you allow linking to your social media accounts, it can even automate posting.
- Vizzy – AI virtual assistant: How would it be if no one took care of the visual aspect of your projects? Vizzy can generate images and perform various edits—remove backgrounds, increase image resolution. It remembers who has birthdays and reminds you to congratulate them. If you are traveling, it can plan your itinerary.
From this list, you can see that the assistants can cover many activities—from company strategy, strong marketing support, to recruiting new staff or personal development. They do so using micro AI tools called “Power-Ups” in the Sintra app.
You can easily find out what AI tools are assigned to a specific bot by clicking on its card. This will open a detailed view, and in the menu, you’ll find the “Power-ups” section. Click “See all” to view the list (e.g., for Buddy, see images below).
You can use chat with Buddy:

Or you can also use individual Power-Ups tools:

For everyday tasks, you can use:
- Chatting with AI assistants.
- Or even use the Power-Ups tools separately. They automate specific tasks and allow for quick and efficient completion of common tasks with minimal input from the user (usually, only one field is required, or if you want to refine the task, one additional field is available).
Overall, there are up to 90 different Power-Ups AI tools available. You can view all the available Power-Ups by using the lightning icon in the left menu.
What Is the Brain AI Profile, and How Does It Work in the Background?
The Sintra AI application allows you to store all information about your company in a “Brain AI” profile. It’s a workspace where all inputs about your company are gathered, along with all approved integrations.
In the Brain AI profile, you can add 4 types of resources: Text information, web links, files, and integrations with other platforms.
The Brain AI profile can be created in two ways:
- Upon logging into the application, Sintra AI provides a questionnaire that helps you create your profile. The questions are very detailed, ranging from the company’s focus to marketing, current strategies, and your goals. The individual steps of the questionnaire can be skipped, and the answers you’ve filled in can be edited or supplemented later in the “Knowledge filled” section. Completing the questionnaire takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Or you can click on the plus icon in the side menu and start filling in a new Brain AI profile at any time.
If you are creating a profile for your company, one Brain AI profile will be sufficient.

In the application, you can create and manage up to 5 “Brain AI” profiles. This option is especially suitable for smaller agencies managing projects for 1-5 clients. In each profile, you can have a different project, knowledge base, input documents, and integrations with other applications.
Remember to always switch to the correct Brain AI profile while working. The list of profiles is created for you in the side menu. In the image, “R” indicates a Brain AI created via a questionnaire, and “N” and “S” indicate Brain AIs created manually via the plus icon.
Currently, Sintra allows integration with the following applications:
- Facebook, Instagram
- Gmail
- Outlook
- MS Calendar
- Google Calendar
- Strava
- LinkedIn (personal account)
- LinkedIn (business account)
- Google Drive
Upcoming integrations include Slack, Asana, Notion, and Discord.
The integration is intuitive – in your Brain AI profile, under its name, you will see panels for all available integrations. Scroll left or right with the arrow, and simply fill in the necessary information in the forms.
Below the integration panels, you will see the section “Knowledge filled”, where all the information from the questionnaire about your company is stored. The more precise the information you have stored in Brain AI about your company, the better your AI assistants will work. The texts they prepare for you can be fine-tuned without needing to repeatedly provide the entire context, such as “tone of voice” and other communication rules for your company.
For example, the Power-Up Brand Generator: To propose a brand name, simply enter your company’s values, and the system will automatically offer name suggestions along with a vision in the middle section.

It’s a new way of working; at first, you need to try out communication in chats or with Power-Ups tools to verify how accurate the bot’s responses in the chat are. Since Power-Ups have a minimum of input fields, they simplify the process of submitting requests for you.
Imagine how you acquire knowledge today – through courses, self-study, or training from colleagues? You can ask AI assistants in Sintra the same questions. They will guide you through the areas they specialize in, where they are trained, and where they have their supporting Power-Ups tools. The responses provided will be based on the created Brain AI profile, which contains information about your company, as well as frequently used templates and verified work processes in the given area.
The interface is intuitive, and the documentation available on each screen by clicking the Help button on the right will help you navigate. The Help contains explanations of basic principles, though it could be more comprehensive, with more detailed information about individual bots or Power-Up tools. For users without prior experience with artificial intelligence, it might initially be challenging to navigate. You can also use the chat, where the bot Cassie will respond – I appreciate that the company is using its assistant to help its customers, ensuring they “practice what they preach”.
Which AI Assistants Do They Use?
Sintra AI assistants were trained on the GPT-4o model for text tasks, while DALL·E 3 is used for generating images. You don’t pay for using ChatGPT; everything is included in the price of Sintra AI, which is final for you.
Compared to ChatGPT, using AI assistants in the Sintra application has the advantage of integrations with other applications. For example, for the generated texts, you can set automatic publication on social media, automatic replies to comments on social media, and so on.
Advantages and Disadvantages
Pros (+) | Cons (-) |
---|---|
+ AI assistants use the GPT-4o model. | - Although the application includes Help, it focuses only on explaining the main principles. However, it is possible to use the chat with the bot Cassie. |
+ There are 12 assistants and 90 Power-Ups AI tools available. | - If you purchase the entire package, it's not possible to assign individual bots to different employees, but there is no limit to the number of sessions using the same login credentials, so multiple users can work with the application simultaneously. |
+ Sintra AI can streamline your work because Power-Ups tools require minimal input data and provide extensive responses. | |
+ Sintra allows for the automation of certain tasks, such as posting to social networks. |
How Much Does One AI Assistant / the Entire Sintra Package Cost?
You can purchase individual AI assistants or a package with all 12, which is more cost-effective. If you purchase the entire package, it is not yet possible to assign individual bots to different employees – however, there is no limit on the number of sessions with the same login credentials, so multiple users can work with the application simultaneously.

Conclusion
AI Sintra offers a simple yet comprehensive solution. First, you build a high-quality company profile Brain AI by answering questions in the questionnaire, which the tools will draw upon when creating texts or images according to the assignment. Then, with 12 specialized AI assistants and 90 micro AI tools (Power-Ups), you can dive into various tasks, from strategy design to creating marketing campaigns.
Although the AI Sintra interface is intuitive, working with AI assistants is something new for many users. Therefore, it would be beneficial to provide users with more detailed documentation, practical usage examples, or video tutorials. Users without prior experience with artificial intelligence need to learn how to work with it. They must know how to ask questions and trust that they will get good answers – for instance, using the app’s chat feature to explain a procedure. Once users understand and master the basic principles of AI, Sintra will become a powerful and efficient tool that will significantly ease their work and save time.
